LEE TETER
Reflections
Devastated by loss in his own family during the Vietnam War, Teter painted a profoundly moving portrait of the Vietnam Memorial called "Reflections". Feeling that it would be wrong to personally profit from this piece, he freely gave the copyright to a veterans group. Prints of the painting continue to sell throughout the United States and the world, generating millions of dollars for veterans and charities.
